The wine of Muscadelle (67%) and Riesling (33%) was picked well into November. Gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel, this is an intense, moderately sweet wine full of floral and stone fruit aromatics. This wine will pair very well with a peach galette made by Amaterra Winery's pastry chef!

Aromas of Gala apple, melon, cinnamon, honeycomb and 
kiwi followed by flavors of crème brulee, baked apple, lime zest and 
barrel spice. 

Aromas of pear, honeydew, white peach, star jasmine, and wet stones followed by flavors of lemon rind and minerality.
