Ripe and rich Chardonnay fermented in a combination of French oak barrels 
and stainless-steel tanks. This wine was aged sur lie to enhance the barrel 
character in balance with the apple and tropical aromatics. This wine pairs 
equally well with the fresh Pacific Northwest seafood as it does a conversation 
on the porch with your best friend.
