The wine of Muscadelle (67%) and Riesling (33%) was picked well into November. Gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel, this is an intense, moderately sweet wine full of floral and stone fruit aromatics. This wine will pair very well with a peach galette made by Amaterra Winery's pastry chef!

Tasting Notes as of November 17th, 2023:  
Aromas of apricot, preserved peach, honey jasmine and lemon rind. On the palate orange blossom, apricot, and tangerine with an off-dry but bright palate.
