Guadalupe Vineyard is in the Dundee Hills AVA, however, it has
transitional soils such that most of the vines are in ancient marine
sediment. The bright red fruit profile of this wine is framed with a
pleasant spiciness from the 20% whole clusters in the fermentation.
This Pommard-clone Pinot Noir is elegant in style and begs for a classic
pairing with Pacific Northwest Salmon
