Hirschy Vineyard is located in the heart of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The aspect, elevation, and soils of this site lead to dark-fruited and well-structured wines. We destemmed 100% of the clusters in this vintage to accentuate the fruit and floral aromatics the growing season promised.
