TASTING NOTES AS OF SEPTEMBER, 2023:
Aromas of violet, raisin, eucalyptus, plum, and black licorice. The
structure starts softly, but finishes with bright acidity and fine tannins.
Flavors of bacon, black berry, meat char, and toasted hazelnut.
